Be careful when you correct your kids behaviour! Most important thing in raising kids is connection and unconditional love!

Yes bullying is terrible, but if we agreed that everything has positive and negative to it, I would say that bullying helps make you stronger. It makes you able to deal with mean people. It makes it easier for you to recognise bullies and learn to set boundaries with them. It builds your character beautifully🌷

I classify movies (and tv shows) into feel good movies and feel bad movies. After a long day of hard work and dealing with life (duties, responsibilities, stress, anxiety …etc…,) I would like to sit and relax and watch a feel good movie (if I have time for it). I don’t want to watch something to give me more stress and anxiety. Plus our brain does not differentiate between what we watch and reality. So be careful what you feed your brain and heart.

I have an interesting theory about people and plants. People most likely resemble the kind of plants/ trees they live among. Long story short…people in Arizona are cactus. 🌵🌵😅
