Listening to @jack mallers talk about how volatility is life on his podcast even comparing it to getting your heart rate taken at the doctor’s office. Made me think of HEV (heart rate variability) which is literally a measure of variation of time between heartbeat. The higher the variation (or volatility) the better the cardiovascular fitness. #bitcoin

I changed my phone settings to color filter everything black/white and its made a big difference with all apps I use. Reddit and Youtube are not nearly as interesting, all of the “reacts” in texts are meaningless. Photos better be amazing or they are just boring. Nostr is almost the same exact experience and I wonder why that is #asknostr
