What is the current Bitcoin Layer 2 / rollup space looks like today? Do you think those are possible? Are there any promising projects?

What is the utility you love to use on #bitcoin ? It seems many people are interesing about #payment systems. I am trying to dig Lightining network those days and it's very cool at design. #Lightining seems the best but is there any alternatives? Does lightining gives #privacy?
