GM Nstr! Between parenting, studies, and everyday life, I choose to read about what moves me: education from a personal place, alive and nourishing. They recommended Deschooling Society by Ivan Illich. Let’s see 🪐 #unschooling #homeschooling #momstr image
Happy equinox Nostr! Our garden, the house, and all around is in blooming mode. Nature is thriving, with life growing everywhere! What a great time to be alive! #farmstr
Obsessed with my 100% homegrown fennel, lettuce, and beetroot salad. I couldn’t love its little handprints more. #farmstr #growstr image
Hey! I took a break from social media, and as winter begins to fade, my energy is gradually returning to the outside world. In the garden, we’re in a pause as well—harvesting fennel and cauliflower, slowly thinking about the next steps for the end of the season. We also have plenty of water! It looks like it will be a fresh spring. How is your garden? Are you thinking about growing one? 🌱 #farmstr

In winter, it's time to remove old crops, prune, cut, turn the soil, pull out weeds, reorganise, and let the land rest. This involves some destruction, which is necessary to prepare the soil for spring. We want the soil to be strong and full of energy when spring arrives. This idea of destruction in the garden is very therapeutic for those who work the land. It teaches us that destruction is part of life's process. Things must break down both symbolically and literally to allow new growth. Understanding this cycle of life and death helps us see life in a healthier, more balanced way. When we face trauma or difficult times, this metaphor from nature can help us view our challenges more gently. #permaculture #farmstr #theraphy image

It's this fantastic time of the year! What could be better than an all-you-can-eat mandarin buffet? There's nothing like letting time pass while eating them by the tree 👩🏽‍🌾🌞 #farmnstr #permaculture
