For nearly 10 years, Stefan has been hosting the local weekly Bitcoin meetup in Chiang Mai, Thailand. He is a brilliant community builder and thought leader, and he's also one of the reasons I moved to this region over 3.5 years ago. I really enjoyed this conversation with him.

Bitcoin education will be introduced at a third academic institution in Northern Thailand this month, on Saturday, August 23rd.
Today in Northern Thailand, Bitcoin made its way into another academic institution, bringing Bitcoin education to students. It’s a real privilege to have Stefan, host of the longest-running Bitcoin meetup in SE Asia, speak so eloquently about Bitcoin to new students. Today our team leader Fai, successfully added 50 additional university students from Thailand and Myanmar to the Bitcoin Network.
