Scaling Bitcoin is not needed. We need conservation

witness discount is fiat, we pay 25% of fair price, let's stop doing it

@The Bitcoin Lens @npub18384...aslh @PlebNick A bit of a crazy development here on your statement that something that looks like a prediction within a ledger is actually compression if looked from outside. Did this test with Tarot cards app reading entropy. Q: Is witness discount a cornerstone problem in Bitcoin now? Q: Is 1MB the right choice? Q: Is 4MB the right choice? I got Major Arcana’s in answers so it is telling. It's a very significant question. It's my reading so answers are relevant to me only. It's not strict yes/no and it's up for interpretation of a reader. Feel free explore this method as a way to understand the ledger better. Call me crazy but it tells me your theory works beyond our understanding of reality. #bitcoinlens #tarot

1 = 1. All bytes are equal. No witness discounts.

We need to get rid of witness discount first. It breaks laws of natures and free market.

witness discount breaks free market because now we have rules how much different bytes of the block cost. all bytes should be equal

Blocksize of 1MB is the ultimate scarcity, same as 21M Bitcoin. Why did we inflate it to 4MB? It's QE, blocksize printing and fiat thinking!

witness discount paired with blockweight expansion is QE of blocksize

segwit discount is a monetary policy. it allows you to buys 8 bits of permanent Bitcoin blockchain for the price of 2 bits.

99.9% of developers don't know that information is physical. 1 bit carries actual physical mass. This message has mass. Think about it.

Counterintuitive for many developers adding a new functionality to Bitcoin protocol is a breaking changes. Forget what you've been taught.

We should revisit how we view forks. Some of them make us blind to a point where we can't validate transactions. #bitcoin View article →

SegWit is a soft fork in name only. In practice, it introduces a new consensus-critical data path that old nodes cannot validate, permits block sizes that old nodes would reject if they saw them, and redefines what a valid spend requires without requiring every node to enforce the new rule. The 0.75 MB gap is not merely an accounting artifact. It is a validation gap. The network changed what valid means, and it changed the size of the object that carries that validity, while maintaining the appearance that nothing changed. #bitcoin
