Thanks God its Friday🙏 Today reflection, let's all be kinder. We all need a little more grace🤍🙏. This morning, I recieved a news from former co online seller who passed away due to depression🥹. Mental health is not a joke. “The first step to getting help is asking for help.” 🤍 A lot of people are silently battling things we know nothing about. That’s why we should always choose kindness. We never truly know what someone is carrying behind their smile. If you’re going through a difficult time, please remember this: you don’t have to carry it alone. 🙏🏻 Talk to someone you trust. Reach out to your family, a friend, your mentor, your church, or a mental health professional. There is strength in asking for help, and you deserve to be heard. And to all of us, may this be a reminder to be more patient, more compassionate, and more intentional with our words. A small act of kindness or a simple “Kamusta ka?” can mean more than we realize.

It’s Thursday 🩷✨ Merienda time! Deserve ko to "burrito"(similar to shawarma) — a treat, or should I say a “peace offering” 😁🌯 from my officemate who got my coffee order wrong yesterday. I ordered hot roasted almond ☕ but she ordered iced roasted almond… so pait 😭😭😭. Maybe she didn’t want to accept the words “hot ka?” 😁🤣 Kaya ayun, iced coffee talaga ang dumating sa’kin 😂😂. Indeed a blessed Wednesday 🙏❤️ Done with our midweek church service ⛪✨. My husband and I were discussing what to eat for dinner, and we ended up with inihaw na manok ☺️🍗. Simple, delicious, and easy to enjoy, diba? Hahaha 😄 Kayo rin ba? Everyday struggle sa pag-iisip kung anong lulutuin o kakainin for dinner 🤭😁.
