Lunch time na, tara let’s eat! 😋🍽️ We tried the Chow Fan Cheesy Beef Tapa today. Medyo overpower lang yung flavoring nila, but still delicious naman 😍. I guess hindi na talaga ako into super salty foods ngayon… “trentahin be like” 🤣🤣. Kayo, kumain na ba? 😊 Medyo nakakahinga na tayo today kasi hindi masyadong loaded ang workload. Thanks God its Friday🙏 Today reflection, let's all be kinder. We all need a little more grace🤍🙏. This morning, I recieved a news from former co online seller who passed away due to depression🥹. Mental health is not a joke. “The first step to getting help is asking for help.” 🤍 A lot of people are silently battling things we know nothing about. That’s why we should always choose kindness. We never truly know what someone is carrying behind their smile. If you’re going through a difficult time, please remember this: you don’t have to carry it alone. 🙏🏻 Talk to someone you trust. Reach out to your family, a friend, your mentor, your church, or a mental health professional. There is strength in asking for help, and you deserve to be heard. And to all of us, may this be a reminder to be more patient, more compassionate, and more intentional with our words. A small act of kindness or a simple “Kamusta ka?” can mean more than we realize.
