After years of eating 85% dark chocolate with my keto diet, I just tried a100% cocoa one. With big celtic sea salt flakes on top.
I can take it, but wow, that stuff is intense. I think I could get used to it, though.
The trick is to not let it melt in the mouth, because the salt melts away faster. Chewing it causes the salt to mix with it and make it taste *a lot* sweeter overall.

My Start9 now has an uptime of 51 days and has been purring along perfectly without a hitch.
And the interface is unbelievably fast, much better than my old Umbrel.
Highly recommend this project. Great way to easily run a node.

I *think* I finally configured Start9 -> Alby Hub -> Primal/Damus correctly so that I can receive zaps again.
Already tested giving out zaps and it worked from both clients.
Still think the UI/UX is horrible, and if you don't already own BTC and ideally even already have a LN balance, the whole process has a bit if a chicken & egg problem.
I wonder if Alby Hub complicates things and just managing LN channels etc with just Zeus or something else would be easier. The whole channel management thing is stupidly confusing. There is ZERO chance that any normie will ever figure this out.
Connecting apps via NWC though feels like magic.
I wonder: What is the absolute best tutorial out there on how to Nostr in the most self-sovereign way with Start9?
Here are six minutes well spent for you:
@Andrew M. Bailey is of course on Nostr as well.

Is there still no way to edit posts on Nostr?
Incredibly annoying to hit submit and then find some typos in the post 🤬
