Quantum computers isn’t a problem for bitcoin. We can just update our nodes and be done with it.
Rather, it is an issue for the banking and financial institutions.

Update:
The woman at the counter came up to me as I was leaving and mentioned that they were having a meeting later and she is going to bring up bitcoin for the POS. She even mentioned that the fees are cheaper vs taking credit card and that it was a “no brainer” to switch.

Asked about if they accept #bitcoin payments yet on their square. They’re still figuring it out.
She said her dad is all about bitcoin as well so they’re still figuring it out. Having trouble enabling it in the retail mode still…
