2. Kids break a plastic clip on refrigerator door hinge
3. Look into fixing it, turns out no glue will work
4. Spend three hours trying to find the replacements online
5. Call parts service, sit on hold for 30 minutes and get hung up on
6. Call again, wait 10 minutes for the message "press 1 to get a call back
7. Play phone tag for three days
8. Finally talk to someone only to find out those parts can't be ordered because the refrigerator is too new
9. Call repair guy in town and ask for help
