Nost Study Group will be starting a little late. 10 min or so? I need to stretch and refill my mug.

4.5 gallons of milk has made a pound of butter, a pound of mozzarella, a quart of buttermilk, 6 oz of ricotta, and I have 2 lbs of gouda & a half gallon of yogurt in process. I made a whey brine and I'll be freezing some for mildew treatment in next year's garden. I'll probably give some to the raccoons, too. 😅 2 gallons left from this round. I'll make manchego tomorrow and out that whey on the compost. Any other cheesecakes? If so, what do you do with your whey?
