The Rape Gang Inquiry Report: Chloe’s story
From the age of 10, ‘Chloe’ was sexually abused first by her stepfather and later targeted by a group of Muslim men.
At first, the Muslim taxi drivers in her home town groomed her, trying to establish if she came from a less than stable home, i.e. was a vulnerable child. Once that was established, it escalated.
Chloe was raped, drugged, exploited and trafficked around the country over several years by this gang of Muslim men, while authorities such as police and social services failed to intervene.
Despite reporting the abuse and exploitation more than once, Chloe was dismissed or blamed. Authorities focused on her behaviour rather than addressing the crimes committed by the Muslim rape gang members.

The Rape Gang Inquiry Report: Fiona’s story
Fiona grew up in an abusive household and developed mental health difficulties, self-harm behaviours and suicidal ideation from a young age.
At age 13, she was placed in a children’s home. The care home had already been flagged as high risk for child sexual exploitation. While at the care home, she was groomed by adult Pakistani men, leading to rape, drug dependency and trafficking, with care staff and authorities failing to protect her.
Fiona estimates she was abused by between 50 and 100 men, all of whom, excepting two, were Pakistani. The abuse only stopped when she turned 18 and, presumably, left the care home. She has suffered profound physical and psychological trauma, including post-traumatic stress disorder, or PTSD.

The Rape Gang Inquiry Report: Michelle’s story
Michelle says that from the age of 13, she was raped by between six and seven hundred different men over the course of three years. “98% of [the rapists] were Pakistani Muslim. If not, they were Iraqi Muslim or Kurdish,” she said.
She told the Rape Gang Inquiry that there is an extensive network of abusers operating across the entire country, calling it “industrial” in scale. It functions as a large central network with smaller connected groups in specific localities.

However, “the BBC were very quick to cover malicious complaints against our inquiry, in an attempt to smear our efforts,” Rupert Lowe MP said.
