A memory I will never forget… Bikram yoga with a woman who worked in a brothel. She always had alcohol on her breath and her speech was slurred. Impressive doing psychotic hot yoga drunk and likely limited sleep. She passed out in one of the classes. That was a bit scary. I wonder what she’s doing now. Hopefully she’s ok.

Remember we as consumers do drive the markets. Two years ago in Aus I could only get a bottle of raw milk every two weeks and now it’s restocked every second day. I have to get there early as it sells out!
