After I get on my rant about public schools (watchout, anyone can be a victim) people ask what is the answer: Parents and small communities of families hire their own teacher or tutor for their kids or homeschool. Basically back to one room school houses and a drastic move from standardized to individualized education. I've been saying this for about 20 years and now it is beginning.....
