Gm chads 🫩 **Bad news, guys.** You may have noticed that I've been kinda inactive lately, simply put, life's a mess. I had to back out of the deal to buy that little **orange shop.** 😤 It's cool to have a space like that, but I misunderstood the contract, and experience taught me the hard way. Long story short – the shop stands on land that the shop owner doesn't own, and he has to pay 5k CZK a month for it. I knew that and thought, "well, 5k won't kill me." But he was kinda shady and maybe even intentionally didn't tell me that this price wasn't secured by any contract. As a **young idiot**, it didn't occur to me that there'd be a catch; otherwise, some bigger entrepreneur would have bought it long ago. The land is owned by a **door handle factory** with a **new, young, hungry owner.** When I asked him for a contract to that 5k/month, he explained me that the previous shop owner had just **verbal** agreement for that price with his dad(previous owner of that company). And there we are, his son wants from me **20k.** monthly ☠️☠️ He probably wants to build something there and destroy the wooden shop down, since the company is expanding like crazy every month. Otherwise, such a high price for a tiny piece of land **makes no sense.** I don't even pay monthly that much for my small apartment rent. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 **Fuck it.** As soon as I get the money back from the bank, I'm putting it all into the marihuana agriculture since we are going LEGAL on January 2026. OFC after legalization I’m going to try create content about it on #Nostr ❗️🍀 But who knows when the bank will send back the 110k I paid for that wooden scam. **USELESS BANKS, IT'LL BE ANOTHER WEEK BEFORE THEY PROCESS IT.** 😆 CONCLUSION FOR OLDER WONDREJ- Every deal that seems too much good have almost always something shady behind it.
