There is little meaningful difference between the fiat system and shitcoins. It's all differently flavored scams to steal your wealth and sovereignty.
There's Bitcoin, and there's the real enemy.

I don’t know who does it or how.
But the bitcoin price is imo clearly being heavily manipulated and suppressed.
That’s ok though. The trick is low time preference. Just don’t get demoralized or stuck with worthless paper bitcoin while we wait.
The more depravity in the world out there, the more effort we should put to focus on what matters. Our own lives, how we live them, and all the good and opportunities around us.
Let the clown demons rage, don’t feed them your attention and morale more than necessary.
