An heir finds 24 words on a steel plate and has no idea whether that is a backup or one key of a multisig. The most common failure in passing on Bitcoin is not a lost seed, it is a missing manual. Laut GrapheneOS sollen die ersten offiziell unterstützten Motorola-Geräte 2027 kommen: zunächst ein reguläres Flaggschiff, später auch Razr Fold und Razr Ultra, mit 7 Jahren Updates. If you roll your own seed, you do it so you don't have to trust a random number generator. But does the SeedSigner really turn your 99 rolls into the right 24 words? Until now, checking that meant running a Python script in a terminal. Dice Check is a single HTML file: save it, switch off Wi-Fi, double-click, type in the digits. No server, no connection, no third-party code. Word list verified by hash, SHA-256 computed twice, self-test on start. Free, MIT-licensed, checksum on the page. One rule, no exceptions: never enter your real seed. You test the method with a throwaway seed, then discard it. If the device gets practice digits right, it gets everything right. Wer seinen Seed würfelt, tut das, um keinem Zufallsgenerator vertrauen zu müssen. Aber rechnet der SeedSigner die 99 Würfe auch richtig in 24 Wörter um? Bisher konnte das nur nachprüfen, wer ein Python-Skript im Terminal bedient. Der Würfel-Check ist eine einzelne HTML-Datei: speichern, WLAN aus, Doppelklick, Ziffern eintippen. Kein Server, keine Verbindung, kein fremder Code. Wortliste per Hash geprüft, SHA-256 doppelt gerechnet, Selbsttest beim Start. Kostenlos, MIT-Lizenz, Prüfsumme auf der Seite. Your bitcoin wallet shows less than the tax report says? Those were the network fees. Until now the BTC tax tool ignored them, since transfers between your own wallets are tax-neutral. True for the holdings, not for the fee: you hand it over in exchange for a service, and under the logic of the German finance ministry circular of March 2025 that is a small disposal. As of today the tool books every fee paid in bitcoin via FiFo at the daily closing price, shows gain and holding period and counts it towards the exemption threshold. Usually cents, but the reported holdings now match your wallet to the satoshi. The price table ships inside the tool, your browser queries no price service. Also new: gifts and donations. A word like "gift" in the BitBox note is enough, the coins leave your holdings without a disposal, with purchase date and cost basis for the recipient. Web version and free CLI, everything runs locally in your browser or on your machine.

Deine Bitcoin-Wallet zeigt weniger, als der Steuerreport ausweist? Das waren die Netzwerkgebühren. Bisher hat das BTC Steuertool sie ignoriert, weil Überträge zwischen eigenen Wallets steuerneutral sind.
