The medicine based on “pseudoscience” is one which relies on corrupted institutions, regulators, and excess legal architecture to exist in society. Real medicine has always and continues to exist without any of these extra players. Change my mind.

To properly optimize your health, care for your body, mind and soul, you must know your temperament. No exceptions.

A major cause of doctor burnout is taking on patients you don't know how to heal. So, you resort to industry propaganda and pharmacare to "manage" their pains. You think that doesn't come with a psychological and moral cost? You can't make a healthy living this way.

You cannot fight disease without attacking yourself. You haven't been invaded by disease. You are sick. Cultivate health.

Suggesting that neurotransmitter imbalance (e.g. serotonin re: depression) is the cause of mood disorders is like saying the ash is responsible for the fire. Many such examples in modern medicine. Happy 4th of July!

Another mechanism by which cholesterol depletion (e.g. via Statins) leads to insulin resistance - AKA diabetes. As it turns out, the insulin receptor depends on the presence of lipid rafts (made of cholesterol) to initiate its downstream effect: glucose transport. image

I didn't go into medicine so I can spend weeks at a time uncovering all the bullshit that's been pushed unto the populace by this industry. One can only go down these dark rabbit holes for so long. At some point, we need to focus on what matters. Figuring out how to cure.

Many people will look at information which shows that certain elements of the non-physical world can be harmful (like blue light) or beneficial (like infrared light), and reflexively say: "How is this even possible? Show me the evidence. I don't buy it. Grifter!" Instead, what they should be saying is: "IF this is true, then WHAT ELSE is possible?" "What else have I prematurely dismissed or ignored simply because I was told to?" image

Radical acceptance of all variety of ways of conceptualizing life, and how to maintain its vitality. In the last couple of years, I have learned that almost all forms of "alternative health" or "pseudoscience" has a dimension of existence in which it is valid and effective.

Almost all chronic disease is downstream to the decisions you make. Appeals to genetics or random occurrence are not only misleading, but they disempower you. Take back control of your life. Set a foundation for optimal health.

You can get energy (by way of moving charge) in a few ways: 1. Transduction of light to moving electrons. 2. Electrons from food. 3. Electron density from the breath. You breathe current. Better get good at it.

Are there gullible people out there who think "AI-designed" mRNA "vaccines" will somehow be better?

“Non-smokers who avoided sun exposure had a life expectancy similar to smokers in the highest sun exposure group, indicating that avoidance of sun exposure is a risk factor for death of a similar magnitude as smoking.” This is in a Swedish population. Not exactly dark-skinned equatorial people. Checkmate, dermatologists.

Traditional medical wisdom tells us to wake up about 45 minutes before the sunrise. It does not say wake up at 6AM or 7AM. The sunrise changes by season. Resist the change in your schedule imposed by daylight savings. Live by the Sun.
