One of the best ways to control your attention is to #fuckthesilos that try to feed you ads and "suggestions" in favor of places like #nostr where you can choose what goes to your eyeballs. The other way is to leave the phone where your eyes can't see it :P #grownostr image

There is real #bitcoin and there is "surrogate bitcoin" or "paper bitcoin" . Real bitcoin is sovereign , the rest is permissioned. Beware : if you don't hold your keys, someone else is holding them (and can decide WHEN you access or use your stack). #bitcoining is about taking responsibility. 💪 image
