@OpenSecret / @Alby I can't seem to add a mutiny wallet in Alby...hangs and then eventually does this.... Any tips?

Do the existence of such posters in London show: (a) An administration totally out of touch and unable to see the Orwellian tones of its messaging?, or (b) An administration deliberately telegraphing its obvious Orwellian intentions?
