Actually, I just realized that I need to work for my part-time client now. I forgot to start a while ago. You know, I've been a bit busy filming affiliate videos, registering for CMMS, and joining different challenges here. Tomorrow will be even busier since I have a dental appointment, need to request documents for school purposes, and attend a tax briefing. I need to fit everything in between 9 AM and 5 PM. After that, I'll start my night shift from 6 PM to 2 AM. I know it's going to be a long day for me tomorrow.

I was busy yesterday since we attended my cousin's celebration for graduating Magna Cum Laude. If our dean weren't just straight-up bullshit, there would've been two Latin Honor graduates in our family. I still can't get over the fact that my dean didn't appeal my INC status for our internship because of their negligence. Back when my adviser informed me that his appeal to reconsider my case was unsuccessful, I felt like I just wanted to get hit by a car. It wasn't even my fault in the first place since we were late because of one document. Take note that our dean handled the signing of the document, which was HER damn fault. That's why I have a huge resentment whenever I see her. It's even ironic that I shook hands with her during our graduation two weeks ago, as well as with our branch manager, who was the bottleneck that caused me to submit our documents late. It was also our company's fault since everything got delayed even more when they couldn't find our MOA, and it took us about four months to get another one. I was a consistent Dean's Lister in our batch, and I remember working part-time jobs, only to end up with this outcome. That's why I felt so bad that it happened to me. But in the end, I was still the winner. I just haven't told my relatives yet that I'm already working with two clients. You know, everything can fall apart in the worst possible way. My rate for my part-time client is only $2 per post, but I can post twice a day. I post for her consistently every day, though. For my second client, my rate is $5 per hour with up to a $300 monthly bonus. I always work on weekdays, and weekends are my days off. Take note that I'm working with him full-time. It's also aligned with my degree since I'm currently working with a marketing agency based in Delaware, USA. I'm expected to move into a managerial position, and I hope I can negotiate a higher hourly rate. Take note that I got these opportunities just a little over two weeks after I graduated. That's why I think it's a flex. I also have side hustles as a TikTok affiliate and by posting here on BCHNostr. My next plans in life are to earn my first extension, "CMMS," and pass the Civil Service Exam. If I had graduated Cum Laude, which I had been aiming for for a long time, I probably wouldn't even review for the CSE. I'm still grateful for my wins, though! I know some of the gossip around here on the platform. I just couldn't keep up. 😅

Paying $1–$3 per hour for a virtual assistant just because the cost of living is low is straight-up diabolical. Maybe it works for an entry-level role, but what the hell? Can you really expect someone with real experience at that rate? My rate is only $5 per hour, but I think it's reasonable since I only have two months of experience in Reddit marketing with my two part-time, task-based clients. I just got hired because I already delivered results. Anyway, we're talking about restructuring the team, and our manager is looking to train me for a managerial position. Safe to say I can adjust since I studied Marketing Management in college. This stresses me out a bit, but I hope we can still meet our KPIs. It's okay with me as long as they raised my salary for at least $1-$2 hourly😂😂😂. We're all learning as Reddit updates. We need to be compliant with their strict filters, you know.

Just took this picture with my pet, Maxine. Fun fact: her right eye is blind. We used to let her outside, and one day I was terrified when her left eye suddenly started bleeding. I suspect someone hit her head, which affected her left eye. We thought we could still save her vision, but unfortunately, we couldn't. Nevertheless, we were able to treat the injury by applying Terramycin to the affected area. Although she permanently lost her sight in the left part, she's doing well now. Among all the dogs I've had in my life, she's the most affectionate and caring. I still love my pet, Primo, even though he passed away two years ago. I miss him so much. Huhu. I took this picture yesterday lol. It's a tub of ice cream that my mom made. I ate it in just three sittings lol. I should've finished it today, but I got hungry during our two-hour meeting last night. Anyway, I just finished resting, and I still feel sleepy. I only got 6 hours of sleep today, but I'm still alive and kicking. Right now, I'm slowly adjusting to the work environment. I'm also learning how to use my time more wisely since I feel like I'm becoming more mature. You know, paying the bills, growing my career, managing my finances, etc. They say I'm still young, but I feel like I'm getting older. My shift starts today at 4 PM and ends at 6 PM. I'll attend my church service after that and return to work from 8 PM until 2 AM. But usually, on weekdays except Thursday, my shift runs from 6 PM to 2 AM. I told my mom that I should start eating dinner after our meetings instead since I know I usually end up working overtime to finish my remaining tasks. It doesn't make much sense since I only take a short break of around 30 minutes. Instead of eating early before my shift, taking my dinner break during work makes more sense, at least.

Time Check: 2:59 AM Just clocked out since there were a lot of tasks for our team. I told myself I would clock out before 2:15 AM. But then I realized I still had to reply to each comment. Probably the safest way to make sure that my active post won't be get deleted by mods or their strict filters. We're still struggling to figure out how to make each account bypass the strict Reddit algorithm. But yeah, I'm glad our Head/Manager isn't putting too much pressure on us. We're trying to adjust as much as possible. Tomorrow, my shift starts at 4:00 PM since I have a church service at 6:00 PM. The only things that motivate me to go to work are the weekend and, of course, the salary.

Time Check: 2:40 AM Yeah, it's already late, and I just messaged "Clock Out" because I no longer want to work today. Kidding aside, it's already the end of my shift. It's quite stressful because Reddit instantly deletes our campaigns, even though I know they don't sound promotional or spammy. We didn't even mention our client's brand in the discussion. My main assumption is that it's because we used the exact keyword in the title. The platform probably knows if we're just doing it for SEO or not. It gets stressful sometimes, but at least it pays the bills. I just got my salary for my first 5 days of work, and I'm so happy.
