I still feel groggy even after an hour-long nap. I was so tired yesterday since I squeezed all my errands into one day, from 9 AM to 6 PM. Then I tried to start my shift at 6 PM and started feeling the onset of a migraine. I suspect it was due to being overwhelmed with the tax requirements, the heat from the sun, and overall exhaustion. I couldn't believe I still managed to work after all that. I told them I needed an hour-long break before continuing, and I'm glad I felt better afterward. Yesterday's weekly team call was a bit intense since our boss terminated one of our team members. They also informed me that they still have two weeks to fully decide whether they'll absorb me or not. Apparently, I need to render at least one hour of overtime and adjust my working hours from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM. My dinner break is already included in my schedule. For now, I'll handle my outsourced tasks for my part-time client. Afterward, I'll create and edit TikTok content. Exercising is also part of my daily routine before I start my shift.

Actually, I just realized that I need to work for my part-time client now. I forgot to start a while ago. Tomorrow will be even busier since I have a dental appointment, need to request documents for school purposes, and attend a tax briefing. I need to fit everything in between 9 AM and 5 PM. I was busy yesterday since we attended my cousin's celebration for graduating Magna Cum Laude. If our dean weren't just straight-up bullshit, there would've been two Latin Honor graduates in our family. I still can't get over the fact that my dean didn't appeal my INC status for our internship because of their negligence. Back when my adviser informed me that his appeal to reconsider my case was unsuccessful, I felt like I just wanted to get hit by a car. It wasn't even my fault in the first place since we were late because of one document. Take note that our dean handled the signing of the document, which was HER damn fault. That's why I have a huge resentment whenever I see her. It's even ironic that I shook hands with her during our graduation two weeks ago, as well as with our branch manager, who was the bottleneck that caused me to submit our documents late. It was also our company's fault since everything got delayed even more when they couldn't find our MOA, and it took us about four months to get another one. I was a consistent Dean's Lister in our batch, and I remember working part-time jobs, only to end up with this outcome. That's why I felt so bad that it happened to me. But in the end, I was still the winner. I just haven't told my relatives yet that I'm already working with two clients. You know, everything can fall apart in the worst possible way. My rate for my part-time client is only $2 per post, but I can post twice a day. I post for her consistently every day, though. For my second client, my rate is $5 per hour with up to a $300 monthly bonus. I always work on weekdays, and weekends are my days off. Take note that I'm working with him full-time. It's also aligned with my degree since I'm currently working with a marketing agency based in Delaware, USA. I'm expected to move into a managerial position, and I hope I can negotiate a higher hourly rate. Take note that I got these opportunities just a little over two weeks after I graduated. Paying $1–$3 per hour for a virtual assistant just because the cost of living is low is straight-up diabolical. Maybe it works for an entry-level role, but what the hell? Can you really expect someone with real experience at that rate? My rate is only $5 per hour, but I think it's reasonable since I only have two months of experience in Reddit marketing with my two part-time, task-based clients. I just got hired because I already delivered results. Anyway, we're talking about restructuring the team, and our manager is looking to train me for a managerial position. I should've finished it today, but I got hungry during our two-hour meeting last night. Anyway, I just finished resting, and I still feel sleepy. I only got 6 hours of sleep today, but I'm still alive and kicking. Right now, I'm slowly adjusting to the work environment. I'm also learning how to use my time more wisely since I feel like I'm becoming more mature. You know, paying the bills, growing my career, managing my finances, etc. They say I'm still young, but I feel like I'm getting older. My shift starts today at 4 PM and ends at 6 PM. I'll attend my church service after that and return to work from 8 PM until 2 AM. But usually, on weekdays except Thursday, my shift runs from 6 PM to 2 AM. I told my mom that I should start eating dinner after our meetings instead since I know I usually end up working overtime to finish my remaining tasks. It doesn't make much sense since I only take a short break of around 30 minutes. Instead of eating early before my shift, taking my dinner break during work makes more sense, at least.

We're trying to adjust as much as possible. Tomorrow, my shift starts at 4:00 PM since I have a church service at 6:00 PM. The only things that motivate me to go to work are the weekend and, of course, the salary.

It gets stressful sometimes, but at least it pays the bills. I just got my salary for my first 5 days of work, and I'm so happy.

If I didn't have plans to travel overseas, I wouldn't even plan to register with BIR.

This day, I'm getting stressed about my BIR registration. I availed of the 8% OSD since it's better for freelancers who don't have many business expenses. However, I saw 2551Q - QUARTERLY PERCENTAGE TAX RETURN after checking my Certificate of Registration. Fortunately, ChatGPT and Gemini noticed these problems, and I hope they can still be fixed. It might be a registration issue, and I'm glad to say that I already spotted this problem early. After that, I'll complete my Tax Registration Form since I'm planning to fulfill my tax obligations. Not because I enjoy paying taxes, but because I don't want to stress myself when I need to apply for a visa or travel outside the country. My main goal is to travel abroad at least once a year without worrying about immigration. Then I'll draft seven posts in advance, and someone will publish them on my behalf each day. Yeah, I outsourced some tasks to a friend whom I know can easily adjust to the role. It's been three days since I received and started using this laptop for work. So far, it has exceeded my expectations, even though it's second-hand. In this economy, where RAM is inexpensive, buying a second-hand laptop was the ideal choice for me. I received a lot of monetary gifts from my relatives during my graduation and only had to add ₱5,000, which I earned from my part-time jobs. A virtual friend recommended a Facebook seller to me, and I'm glad I trusted her. While negotiating, I always asked my sibling if the deal was good or not. I also asked ChatGPT if the laptop would fit my work and lifestyle. So far, I love everything about this laptop. It looks like it was only used about four times. It also comes with a backlit keyboard, which is very important for someone like me who works the night shift. Its built-in webcam is good as well, but I still purchased an external webcam because my client requires one. You know, my full-time job runs from Monday to Friday, and we always need to communicate with the team. I attend two daily meetings. I worked on my trial task from 11:30 PM to 4:30 AM, and I hope we can proceed to the next step. The only thing keeping me awake during the graveyard shift is taking power naps every afternoon. I really hope I can fully adjust and consistently get at least seven hours of sleep from 3:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
