The two meads types are coming along nicely. Back sweetened the fire mead with 3oz of raw honey and added 3 cinnamon sticks to each gallon. The Xmas mead was plenty sweet, just added the cinnamon sticks. View quoted note →

And the Halloween movies begin. The intensity will escalate. I think Corpse Bride is next up.

A couple of these done yesterday. This one in particular took WAY longer than I care to admit. The fates were having none of it. Broken welds, forgotten tools, long trips back and forth to the workshop, ants, giant rocks in holes.. it was truly something to be a part of. It was a day in sharp contrast to how things normally roll and there was the appropriate amounts of 4 letter words and laughter.

Fought everything single step of the way for damn near three hours to get a single fence post in the ground. 😂😂 If it could go wrong, break, or a tool could be forgotten.. it happened. It got bettter from there. Kept at it and we laughed at the obscurity of it all.

My wife is significantly smarter than I am and it’s incredibly attractive.

Planning is great and all, but if the intended result is a hole in the ground.. you’ve got to pick up the shovel eventually. Less talky, more diggy.

The hunt and the watching continues. Managed to find the trilogy as a pretty cool box set. Watch number 4, 5, and 6: Batman Begins, The Dark Knight, and The Dark Knight Rises. #ourdvdhunt
