I am reading a “Bitcoin” book (that I won’t name), and it’s pretty frustrating at how many typos there are. I am struggling because it’s as if no one proofread it. Here is one example: “Only by understanding Bitcoin as a methodology of grouping friends and enemies according to the principles of robust, secure, CONFISCATABLE money…” Dude it’s UNconfiscatable! I have found so many typos it’s wild. I doubt the very well known people who wrote a review on the back praising the book actually read it lol. Halfway through and will only finish because I’m not a quitter.

Jordi Visser encourages the listener, in his convo with @Marty Bent on @TFTC, to have a conversation with an AI on voice mode about Joseph Shumpeter and his concept of creative destruction. I’ve never used AI this way and it was wonderful. I think I’m going to lean into this method heavily. I can already see how this could be the beginning of my understanding how my kids will interact with AI as a replacement for the educational system that I grew up with.

I have been planning on a Futurebit Apollo 2 because the full node and substantial TH seems too good to pass up on a plug and play set up. But umbrel seems like a great full node option with other services I’d like for my home. #asknostr Futurebit or umbrel + nerdQaxe++ or other miner???

I just told some buddies at work that the plan is simple: “stay humble, stack sats, stay solvent”. The two replies I got were 1) But you can’t buy anything with bitcoin. 2) I should have bought bitcoin when I was 20. They are sick of me explaining how Bitcoin works and how fiat makes them poorer so I just stick to Matt @ODELL s simple advice. It makes me sad that people I care about refuse to win.
