I have been growing Chilis. Carolina Reapers, Trinidad Scorpions, Thai Dragons, Habaneros, and Tobascos. Next year I am going to produce a lot and might just introduce a few items for sale. I pickle peppers now and seem to like that a lot, but maybe a line of hot sauces too. We’ll see.
