The first and only time I’ve donated to the No Agenda Show to become a knight, I did so with the intent of being anonymous. They ended up accidentally doxxing my name. This led to someone reaching out to me on LinkedIn (only place with my real name… lol) in regards to joining a local bitcoin meetup. Ended up joining them and attending occasionally, but more importantly, I’ve met some great people that have been very helpful over the past couple years that I would never have met or known otherwise. Not really sure where I’m going with this other than I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome of getting doxxed. I guess it made me realize that if you’re listening to a show like that, or even on such a niche platform like nostr making a vlog, it’s probably more likely that you’ll find similar people to you rather than hostility.
