What is something dumb that rich people understand?
The only insight that people with money have, is that problems are not a bug, they’re a feature.
You won’t have no problems when you have money, you’ll just have different problems.
People think of problems in the wrong way. A problem just means that something needs your attention. That’s a good thing, because all we have is time and attention. Give your attention, and you’ll be fine. Often times we just wait for problems to be gone.
“I can’t wait to be happy once my problem is gone.”
Having a bucket list will make you miserable. Happiness doesn’t come from having more.
Haves/wants=lasting satisfaction
Satisfaction can temporarily be improved by getting or doing more. You permanently increase your satisfaction by wanting less.
Everyone begins as a child liking weather.
You learnt the art of disliking it as you grow up.
Really hope the government stays shut down for the remainder of hurricane season 🤞

I’ve found that 99% of the people in my life who abstain from talking about politics in public are right wing, or at least conservative.
“So you’re telling me they’re cucked into self censorship?”
No, I’m telling you that the people who see things differently than the left have determined that most people are not emotionally mature enough to handle disagreement in a spirit of camaraderie.
Having a son is a profound privilege that brings with it a depth of responsibility, a wealth of joy, and a lifetime of growth. As I hold my little one in my arms, I’m not just cradling a child, I’m nurturing a future leader, a potential game-changer, and a unique individual who will leave an indelible mark on the world.
As a parent, I have the power to shape his values, to instill in him a sense of purpose, and to guide him towards becoming a compassionate, empathetic, and courageous human being. I will teach him to stand tall, to fall with grace, and to rise again with resilience. I’ll show him that strength is not just about physical prowess, but about the courage to be vulnerable, to love deeply, and to forgive freely.
Having a son means being a role model, a mentor, and a friend. It means being present in the moments that matter, being patient in the face of challenges, and being proud of every small victory. It means being a safe haven, a comforting presence, and a constant source of love and support.
But having a son also means letting go. It means giving him the space to spread his wings, to explore his passions, and to forge his own path. It means trusting that the values and lessons you've imparted will guide him as he navigates the ups and downs of life. It means having faith that he will become the best version of himself, not because of me, but because of the person he is meant to be.
As I embark on this incredible journey of parenthood, I will remember that my son is a gift, a treasure, and a blessing. He is a reminder that life is precious, that time is fleeting, and that every moment counts. He is a chance to relive my childhood, to rekindle my sense of wonder, and to experience the world through fresh eyes.
I will cherish every moment, every laugh, and every tear. I’ll hold him close, but not too tight. Guide him gently, but not too firmly. And as I watch him grow into a capable, confident, and compassionate young man, I will know that I have done something truly remarkable – I’ve helped shape a life, and in doing so, shaped the world.
