The problem in fighting for the freedom of others is wanting it more than they do. Most people don't actually want to be free. They want to believe they are safe. Even if it's in the warm embrace of familiar chains.

Do we really expect a wave of Tik Tok users to come flooding into #nostr? It's like expecting someone when eats at McDonald's every day to start eating whole foods when they can't get Big Macs when we all know, they'll just go to Burger King instead.

Humble. This was my gym for about two years. I've moved up to a few dumbbells, an ab wheel, a wooden box to jump on and a pull-up bar. But I won't forget the work that can be done with 50 pounds of sand and a plunger handle with some painters tape wrapped around it.

Technology is cool. Meeting and following Bitcoiners online is informative and inspiring. But there's no substitute for sharing physical space, making eye contact, cracking jokes, breathing the same oxygen with other humans who are on a shared mission. Bitcoin is for humans.
