Upper body. Shoulders are mega sore! #31days
Leg day! I didn't over do it like I do almost every leg day! So far so good. #31days.
Squats, Plank, push ups. #31days. Kiddos were out when I did these so I was able to watch my form better. It needs work.
Moved a 600lbs stove for a buddy! Then had to move the old one into thier garage which felt heavier. Then he wanted a piano moved from the basement to the main floor. Played soccer with the kiddos. Sometimes #31days just comes to you without even trying.
