Final drinking day of 2023 is with family. Successfully finishing up my new years commitment of averaging 3 drinking days a month (36 total & 90%+ sobriety).

Was the first person to get to the top of the BYU “Y” hike on Saturday. Went a little deeper into the mountains because I was feeling strong and on the way back down I ran into a proposal. Was the best start to my day I’ve had in a long time.
