And another one bites the dust πΆπ

If you think about moving to Switzerland because we are such a free and democratic country, just know that we have regions were you can get up to CHF 100'000 fines for not taking the jab and politicians who call this "freedom of choice". Don't wanna take the jab? Just pay a fine of CHF 20'000, we don't have obligatory jabs here π€‘!
Why do there exist no historical records about humanity ever having a time in peace and freedom?
Because nobody was forced to write it down. DUH π
Got annoyed about having to target that drag-handle everytime when dragging elements in the sidebar, so in the next version the handle spans over the whole element.
Also the "more" actions have been moved into dropdowns and I added shortcuts for duplication and deletion :).
"At work we have this incredible new technology called non-redundant backups π€©."
"Yeah? Do you know what that even means π€?"
"The technology saves us lots of diskspace, as the backup is a symlink to the original data. I don't know what a symlink is, but it sounds very clever!"

Something that many also forget is that the state directly or indirectly enforces growth/technology. You are prohibited from living a simple life. E.g. the state just assumes that you have a navigation system in your car. It defines one-way streets all over the place to "optimize" the streets. Now if you do not have a navi you are cooked.
The state is a system and every system loves to install updates.

Thesis: The huge investments in loss-making AI companies are not being made because they hope to one day create truly intelligent AI, but because they are pursuing a plan to ultimately force us consumers to use AI.
This plan is already being implemented, because soon the average citizen will no longer be able to afford a powerful PC due to rising RAM prices.
Ultimately, the only benefit of AI is to accelerate the transfer of wealth to the super-rich and the expansion of power by authoritarian governments.
If you use AI instead of working with other people in your immediate environment, you are kissing the shoe of elitist narcissists.

The authoritarian state will only feel safe enough once the citizens are protected from the following risks:
Humans
Ideally, the welfare state exists to help people in need. But instead, it prohibits people from helping each other, as it claims a monopoly on socialism.
Ultimately, the welfare state fails miserably to help people in need without degrading them in the process.
How about a new term for LLM generated software:

If your i18n system fallbacks to a baseLocale, do you expect that it formats date's in that baseLocale or in the current locale?
E.g. current locale German:
Fallback to English with German date:
"Peter's birthday is on 29. MΓ€rz 1978"
or with English date:
"Peter's birthday is on Mar 29, 1978"

Fantastic anime about Jazz, imho even for people who are not usually into this type of music!
Yesterday I experimented with adding a fuzzy search field for the element creation dialog.
Its powered by the very useful "fuzzysort" npm package π.
Too many ideas, too little time π
