What’s the best day of the week to give and receive Sats?

Is it possible through Damus/Nostr to receive notifications when someone follows or adds you? I find this an easy way to discover new people.

I work hard for the car I want to own and proud to drive. It really sucks when a poor driver decides they want to hit you from behind. No injuries, little damage, but scuff marks and chips on the bumper will be a forever reminder and nag me every time I walk by her. It’s not worth the cost to repair and it could have been worse but people suck.
