The world is not fair. It is not fair to hold a conference about an asset that lost over 50% of its value in six months. It is not fair to endure a hack on one of the most trusted companies in the ecosystem. It is not fair that nearly 70 speakers from 15 countries want to talk about what they are passionate about in difficult times. It is not fair that, despite everything stacked against it, an event turns out to be a resounding success. It is not fair that, on top of it all, we enjoy doing it, defying all the bad omens. Justice is a construction achieved through the communion of wills. Justice is a constant and conscious struggle. Thank you to all the people, communities, and companies that made a demonstration of justice possible, in a world that pushes us in the opposite direction. @npub1fv92...5el6 was a resounding success, thanks to the rebel souls who made it possible. We are here to accelerate the inevitable. And we will keep doing it. ⚡️🧡 image

The First Customer Without an ID To open a bank account, we need an identity document, proof of address, and a signature. To pass KYC process, we need to exist legally. There is a new economic actor that has begun buying, selling, and contracting services without any of those three things: artificial intelligence agents. Programs that negotiate with each other, pay for data, rent compute, and execute tasks without a human approving each operation. The global economy is about to receive its first customer that is neither a natural nor a legal person. And the traditional financial system has no window to serve it. This is not distant science fiction, and it hits close to home. AI agents consume two things: compute and energy. Paraguay has already proven it can turn its megawatts into digital infrastructure of global scale: South America's first 100 MW mining data center operates here, powered by energy that is abundant, available, and renewable. The same structural advantage that positions us in Bitcoin mining positions us to host the infrastructure these agents will need. The question is whether we will understand the opportunity before everyone else, or after. And what does a program that cannot sign a contract pay with? Here lies the heart of the matter. Protocols like L402 already exist, allowing every API call to be charged through micropayments on Bitcoin's Lightning Network: fractions of a cent, instant settlement, no intermediary. An agent with private keys has money; an agent without an ID has no bank. It is true that stablecoins dominate today's digital asset transaction volume, and agents will likely use them for dollar-denominated costs. But every stablecoin has an issuer that can freeze funds with a single click. Bitcoin is the only digital bearer money that asks no one for permission. For an entity that cannot show up at any office, that property is not ideology: it is an operational requirement. The problem will be the usual one: the regulator demanding the technically impossible. We have seen that script before, with rules that attempt to serve legal notice on a smart contract, as if code had a tax domicile. Now imagine the bureaucrat requiring a software agent to file a sworn declaration. The impulse to force the new reality into old forms protects no one: it only guarantees that the activity will happen in another jurisdiction. We have something no regulatory framework can manufacture: the megawatts. If we understand in time that the next wave of energy demand will come not from factories but from intelligences paying in satoshis for every second of compute, Paraguay can be the country where the machines come to work. If not, we will be spectators of yet another revolution we had every condition to lead. It is not dystopian to imagine that, within a few years, an artificial intelligence will pay us for the use of our available hardware. Just as we pay farmers for the food that is our fuel, AI will pay us to be its supplier of what it needs to exist. The next great customer of the world economy has no ID, no address, no signature. Only keys. And the money that understands keys has existed since 2009 and it is called Bitcoin. Science fiction, or imminent reality? image
