Legacy Financial Complaints: At the bank doing a wire. It’ll take 30 mins from my day at least. It’ll cost $17-$35 then some more to receive on the other side. I’ll have to explain to the teller where I’m sending and why because I live in Canada. Then I’ll have to double check the destination and sign a piece of paper.. I recently had the experience of informing someone that they had been scammed to the tune of >$500k. Their life savings and retirement savings. Gut wrenching. It was a fiat scam that used crypto to confuse the victim. Can anything be done to recover this persons funds. Full story here:

I’m a lightning node runner. I route between 20 and 80 payments per day. It hasn’t always been this way though. I believe micro payments should be free. This makes lightning better and stronger. Anyone else seeing a similar trend? Possibly because of Damus and Zaps? #[0]
