Surely understanding the rules and the risks is just part of putting your capital anywhere? It's been made perfectly clear, over and again, what one can expect from banks. This is why we bitcoin. It's not just that we like the colour orange ya know.
This may all blow over very quickly and be mostly forgotten about in a week.
But some people will have thought a little more about counterparty risk and will look for a fix.
