Damaged nerves in my forearm from playing too much guitar and with subpar technique. Forearm workouts (accessory exercises) helped me stop the pain. Come back stronger. Forearm curls, both directions. Biceps curl and turning the hand on the way down. As well as rotating the weights in the picture. No ego, just 2% increases over time. Feeling like a body bitcoiner.
