It’s a bonus day. That’s a day when I don’t schedule a heavy workout but like to do exercises I usually don’t find the time for.
Low back extensions full range of motion
Low back sides full range (stretching them to gain more range of motion ROM)
Row on incline bench at very low weight to master a form that feels good, no clicks or pains to rebuild shoulder after injury
Shoulder flys just cause
L-sit on handle bars, first legs extended then angle when I can’t hold (30sec)
Neck curls all sides with arm weight
Feeling better every week. Couldn’t sit in class two years ago, had to cancel rehearsals cause I couldn’t stand.
Bad luck but also ego injured me since I didn’t take the time to build from zero what other people had because of the movements they did as children or genetics. Now I believe again I can have a healthy body that I can move the way God intended it to.
