Bitcoin Senior (64). I only stumbled upon Bitcoin later in life because for a long time I thought it was just for geeks. And in a way, it is—but the longer you trek down the rabbit hole, the more you become a Bitcoin nerd yourself. I now view the mainstream financial world with increasing skepticism—even though I don't completely condemn it. But I'm glad to have found a path to financial freedom with Bitcoin. Bitcoin is freedom—and you feel it every day. I'm now trying to apply this fundamental feeling of freedom and independence to other areas of my life—I consider this incredibly important in light of ever-increasing threats like digital surveillance. I don't want to spend my retirement in a digital dystopia. The idea of Bitcoin helps me resist that.
