Creating art to inspire self-soveriegnty, through paintings and music. Working on a rock opera monumentalizing the origin of Satoshi as a romantic hero's journey, for the purpose of leading people through the looking glass by their heartstrings. On X as @TJ_de_la_Playa Buy the Bounty of Satoshi art book on Amazon:
[Afterword to The Bounty of Satoshi] Who Is Satoshi Nakamoto? Its a great mystery: their anonymity has withstood intense inquiry for more than a decade, while they've maintained total silence. We know only that they contributed a monumental technology, and left behind a legendary treasure. Satoshi's bounty remains untouched up to the present moment: Block: 883330 Hash: 000000000000000000023637c6d4fe9cd6016f2488a0909ce96fc98be8cb8450 Speculation on Satoshi's identity abounds: a few plausible candidates, one definitive pretender. This work offers a novel speculation: What if the character behind the keyboard is two people, engaged in a romance, on a hero's journey of travail, redemption, achievement, and triumph? What if the treasure they've given us is the product of their union? My aim is to monumentalize Satoshi Nakamoto's contribution to humanity. Why write it in a style of so-called "romantic metamagical-realism," framed as a dark sci-fi rock-opera? I believe it speaks in a language that's congruent with the phenomenon's memetic origins, and it makes for compelling drama. I intend to develop this work further in stages: a series of music videos, an electronic music set, a short film, a season of hour-length episodes, a stage production, a novel... I'd love for it to become an "open source mythology." Given the mystery, we can make up any story that inspires us; let it have many threads. Let it be a medium for transmission of wisdom. The true story will likely remain untold. This story I hope will lead a new audience to ask: "who is Satoshi Nakamoto," and begin down their own path of realizing self-soveriegnty. Many thanks, TJ Murphy
