"There is no dispute as to the right of self-determination of the Palestinian people. It has never been in issue, not since the time of the Mandate. This Court made that clear, two decades ago in the Wall Opinion: it said, loud and clear, “the existence of a ‘Palestinian people’ is no longer in issue. The issue before the Court is the ability to exercise that right, and Israel’s systematic and prolonged violation of it. What does the right to self-determination mean? How has Israel violated it? What are the consequences of those violations?”
"“Israel has clearly violated the territorial integrity of Palestine, through over half a century of belligerent occupation. It has purportedly annexed Jerusalem and the West Bank, and established hundreds of settlements populated by more than 700,000 settlers, regarded as a permanent part of Israel. It has extended the Wall the Court found to be illegal, in 2004. It has confined Palestinians to enclaves. It has severed Jerusalem, it has severely restricted Palestinian rights of entry from the rest of the OPT. It has transformed the Gaza Strip into an impoverished enclave, a strangled, besieged, bombarded community, isolated and severed from the West Bank and East Jerusalem. Its leaders have declared that Israel will be sovereign over all the land between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea, and made this formal government policy.”
I should write again

being a staff at my university, i never actually wrote "Dr." in my registration system. i can tell you one thing. staff treats you like shit when you are a "commoner".
in the system, i have dual registration; as a staff and as a student. i think the student status came first, so they treat me like dirt at times.
i see how they treat people who has " Dr." or "Dato / Sire" in the system so nicely. ah well, all of these wont matter anymore

in the story of Abraham, when king Nimrod tries to kill Abraham by fire, a bird brought water with its beaks and tries put off the fire. while its effort is meagre, its intention was big in the eyes of lord.
in the same way, you may feel weak or useless for supporting Falestinian and thing that !srael is a huge army backed by Americans president, but doing the right thing is always a huge deal, even if you feel it amounts to nothing
"Give my Salam to my beloved".
O muslims, take an example from this old Egyptian fruit seller. He saw the Aid Convoy to Gaza passing by him and started throwing the oranges he had into the convoy. Look closely he's choosing the best ones from amongst the oranges to give. Though it may not amount to any monetary value in our eyes, imagine how weighty it will be in the sight of our Lord.
These are the truthful ones when they read and say the following who actually means it.
"Like the body, if one organ complains, the rest of the body responds with fever and sleepless nights"

Nasser hospital in #Gaza is not functional anymore, after a weeklong siege followed by the ongoing raid.
Both yesterday and the day before, the @WHO team was not permitted to enter the hospital to assess the conditions of the patients and critical medical needs, despite reaching the hospital compound to deliver fuel alongside partners.
There are still about 200 patients in the hospital. At least 20 need to be urgently referred to other hospitals to receive health care; medical referral is every patient’s right.
The cost of delays will be paid by patients’ lives.
Access to the patients and hospital should be facilitated.
