Got myself this gadget which re pressures tennis balls. I always find it so wasteful when you have a couple hits and they lose pressure by the next time you go to use them, so hopefully this will work and less balls will go to waste.

Neti pots are slept on. Being able to rinse your nose out when you're stuffy does the world of good. They should be a staple in every home, especially if you get allergies.
