Human doctors are mostly so fucking apathetic, lazy and retarded and lack the most minimal critical thinking, trying to use as little brain power as possible and doll out cookie cutter - irrelevant "diagnosis" and "treatments". An AI model that isnt lazy and trying to buy a big house and $$car, actually does thinking without bitching, doesnt make you have 100 appointments for everything, and has a >50% chance of not killing you, THAT would be way better. Gave this a listen and I was reflecting on the ken burns Civil War documentary.. It made me think about the 4th turning cyclical history model, and I eventually concluded that we probably would have a civil war if we as a population weren't poisoned, diseased and weakened into helplessness.
