Hi friends, I love to cook and made 'Asian Chicken' for dinner tonight for my wife and mother-in-law.
3 chicken thighs, 2 big spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of Chinese Hoysin sauce, ginger, garlic, black pepper, onions and of course - rice.
While the rice is cooking, I sent the fatty chicken thighs to the pan, seasoned with sauces, ginger, pepoer and garlic, added some onions for juiciness and turned the thighs every 4 minutes to get an even crust.
On the 5th flip, the chicken and rice were done, so all that was left was to arrange on plates, garnish with herbs and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
It was pretty damn good :)
