Anyone care to discuss the validity of the following paragraph?
Some of Bitcoin’s detractors point to its scarcity as a drawback. The thought goes… there won’t be enough for everyone to use it as money; in times of economic contraction, the liquidity will dry up. This couldn’t be further from the truth. While the current fiat system solves the liquidity issue with massive and increasing amounts of dollars, this system results in persistent inflation. Fiat’s solution is to add places (dollars) to the left of the decimal point. With the digital nature of Bitcoin, it is infinitely divisible; we can add an unlimited amount of places to the right of the decimal point. For the first time in history, we have a system that provides absolute scarcity while also providing unlimited liquidity.
#[0]! I love what you've done in and for Bitcoin! Shot in the dark here…
I'm wondering if you'd be interested in writing a forward for my book. The working title is History Echoes Bitcoin. The goal is to show how the individual properties of Bitcoin have been beneficial throughout history. Its intended audience is normies, precoiners, etc.
A little about me... I'm a pleb, elementary music teacher, co-host of Lincolnland Bitcoin (Springfield, IL), and aspiring author (I’ve written a few articles for Bitcoin Magazine).
