I fantasize about getting to this "fuck you" stage where I just disappear somewhere remote in the world and build a cabin/bunker in the woods by a stream. Generate power from the stream, mine bitcoin, heat the house and run a relay with satellite and radio.

Ok so.... iCloud user, hear me out. Seems like if you encrypt all your data when you activate the Data Protection, all your 2fas stop giving out the right codes. What a shitshow, so keep in mind things could break. You'll spend hours trying to find out why your codes don't work thinking you locked yourself out of accounts. Use opensource tools.
