Fucking big toe on my right foot, so much pain, just took 2 naproxin... Well I'm officially old now, I think it's gout. I've had arthritis in that joint for a while, but this flair up pain is nothing like I've had before. Reading about gout, it said that beer can trigger it, well earlier this week I was out of town and had several beers, the foot pain started on Wednesday and I thought it was because I stood all day and did a bunch of talking at this tradeshow. Well the night before I had a big beer at the Mexican restaurant, then Wednesday I had a few more beers as well as Thursday...
Tonight it's so bad even the blanket touching it hurts.
