mood change after even just 30 minutes of hard lift or a walk, some kind of exercise is insane. if it’s not part of your day you’re not living

how do you work? my work flow is just solving whatever my biggest problem is that day, and proactively speculating & addressing future problems now. if it takes 8 hours great, if it takes 30 minutes move onto the next problem. but I need that daily breakthru, regular 10%+ iterative value add to feel like I’m contributing. somedays the path is clear, somedays it’s clouded with nonsense calls. I try to keep a clear calendar so I can actually work, and where possible say no to or ignore everything and everyone that isn’t a decisive improvement to what I’m building. people around me are sometimes frustrated with this process, but can’t replicate the results or the efficiency, because their minds and time are clouded with reporting, status games, growth strategy, hopping on meetings or other problem-avoidant activities. usually work in sprints of 1.5-3 hours then just go do something else outside, meditate, eat, another sprint later when my mind is clear. sometimes get obsessed and end up sprinting all night if the problem is interesting enough. how do you do it?
