1 out of 4 weeks down for recovery! ❤️‍🩹 got a compression fracture on one of my vertabrae from a gnarly fall, and besides it being the worst pain i've ever felt, the hardest thing has been putting my workouts to the side. nevertheless, i feel incredibly blessed that i can walk, and there wasn't any damage to my head. life is so fragile, wonderful, and precious. our bodies do so much for us. thank your body today, and always, for trying its best to take care of you.
