I think when bitcoin is fully adopted, it’ll be nothing spectacular. It’ll be a norm, part of our lives, where we forget fiat. But right now, if you search for bitcoin on YouTube, you’d see the reason why bitcoin isn’t being adopted fast enough. A lot of people trying to post whatever to make fiat profits. A lot of crappy videos with clickbaits regarding price prediction BS.

I guess apple claiming to be privacy focused( doesn’t matter if they really are) is a master move against ad based services like google and Facebook. Everyone knows this but I couldn’t help thinking about it today.

Nobody understands the need for bitcoin & a circular economy better than me. I practically buy&sell things in marketplaces all the time. Taxation on that is cruel. I had 1 guy who asked to be paid in crypto but my dumbass was using Robinhood wallet which invalidates the whole no taxation thing. Partly it’s my iPhone’s fault as it doesn’t allow electrum wallet.

I hope the challenge of AI would change people to look at life in a more human way, make them have kids, laugh, walk, play outside and probably talk about life & death again.

Without social media, life seems so basic and simple, in a good way. I consider #nostr a journal or a group chat rather than a social media platform.

I wonder if google pixel 10 is the torchbearer of phones that’ll take over everything from the user. We’d be mere machines who work to make money to enable other machines & companies. Imagine the ad revenue if AI has access to everything on your phone.

There should be relays just for shitposting. I’m gonna start one if it’s simple. The idea being data will be erased in set time like a week or a month. Idea is simple. Most of my posts don’t need to be read a month later, either by me or anyone. They’re of no value except that I am bored and in need of company to chat with. It’d nice if a client is built on such idea. Like for example if primal said use our relay to post, but data will be scrubbed in 30 days. You can choose to post through that client & relay or leave it.

Not sure what people are worried about when it comes to the fed Jerome Powell talk today. He’s gonna be gone soon. Trump is gonna appoint someone he controls and he’ll essentially own the fed. Probably for the next decade. Interest rates will be whatever the government wants them to be irrespective of inflation. We’d be in the dark until it’s too late. Good bless us all. 🤦🏻‍♂️
